How to handle C++ exceptions in Objective-C
I am writing a small C++ class that is intended to be used in an Objective-C class (in Xcode 4.2). The objective-c class will be a wrapper to the c++ class. This way, the objective-c class will only do marshalling of NSData, etc.
The problem is that if the c++ class throws a std::exception, it is not caught by the Objective-C class. Do you have any ideas how to handle the exception gracefully? Note that it is very important to maintain the c++ class. That's why I want to avoid a boost::exception_ptr.
